The free FDA Starter Lite theme is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v2 or later.

Any paid or premium WordPress products connected to FDA Starter, including future premium themes, add-ons, templates, block patterns, starter sites or companion plugins, will also be distributed under a GPL-compatible license.

What this means

You are free to use, modify and redistribute the PHP, CSS, JavaScript, block patterns, templates and theme code included with FDA Starter products under the terms of the applicable GPL-compatible license.

All bundled resources distributed with FDA Starter Lite are either created by Frank Design Arts or included with a GPL-compatible license. Third-party resources, when used, will be documented with their copyright, source and license information.
